Three integrated & targeted coaching and Reiki Sessions

Three 90-100 min sessions ~ $325 packaage

This is a holistic approach with a focus on mind and body. You will start with a private coaching session to identify the area of primary focus. Includes coaching materials and 3 sessions that will each start with coaching and includes targeted Reiki sessions at each appointment.

Group / Corporate Wellness Workshop

1 hr Brown Bag Lunch & Learn: $350

One 3-hr or Four Quarterly Brown Bag Workshops: $1000

With over 20-years' experience as an RN, Reiki & Healing Bowl Practitioner, and a Certified Professional Coach, I help my clients bring increased wellness to their businesses and groups in a fun and interactive setting.

Designed to improve productivity, maximize wellness, prevent health risks, and cope with current issues while cultivating tools for a healthy group culture.

Sessions are purchased individually or in packages of 4 to be offered quarterly.
